Common questions
Research-use ordering, made clearer.
Are PRP products for human use?
No. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical workflows. They are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics, or products intended for human or animal consumption.
What does Research Use Only mean?
Research Use Only means products are supplied for laboratory research, analytical workflows, documentation review, and institutional evaluation. They are not intended for personal, medical, diagnostic, or veterinary use.
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a laboratory document that may include information such as product identity, testing data, batch details, and analytical results. Buyers should review available documentation before purchasing.
Where can I find COA and lab reports?
Available documentation can be reviewed on the COA & Lab Reports page and may also be linked directly from individual product pages.
Why are some COA details redacted?
Supplier-identifying details may be removed from public documentation while preserving available analytical testing information. This helps protect sourcing relationships while still providing documentation transparency.
Why doesn't every product have a COA posted yet?
Some products may be awaiting updated documentation or may not yet have a public report available. Documentation status is shown when available.
