Product Use

Pacific Research Peptides products are supplied strictly for laboratory in-vitro research purposes only. They are not for human or animal use, consumption, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, medical use, food use, cosmetic use, or any commercial application outside lawful laboratory research.

The purchaser acknowledges that products have not been sterilized or tested by Pacific Research Peptides for safety or efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or other non-research applications. The purchaser agrees to handle, store, and use all products in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.

Purchaser Responsibilities

By purchasing from Pacific Research Peptides, the purchaser represents, warrants, and agrees that they:

• Are at least 21 years of age.
• Are qualified to purchase, receive, handle, store, and use research materials.
• Understand the health and safety hazards associated with these products and the controls needed to reduce such hazards.
• Will provide any necessary warnings, protective procedures, and industrial hygiene controls required by their laboratory or facility.
• Will not misbrand, adulterate, relabel for unauthorized use, or otherwise misuse the products.
• Assume full responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding possession, handling, transport, and use.

Restrictions & Limitations

Pacific Research Peptides reserves the right to limit, refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we believe the purchaser is unqualified, the order presents compliance concerns, or the products may be used outside permitted research purposes.

Under no circumstances may products be used for therapeutic, diagnostic, medical, veterinary, or recreational purposes. Any indication of intended misuse may result in refusal of sale, order cancellation, account restriction, or permanent refusal of future service.

Liability & Indemnity

As a material condition of sale, the purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pacific Research Peptides, its owners, operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, expenses, liabilities, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or related to the purchaser’s handling, storage, transfer, distribution, or use of any product, whether used alone or in combination with any other substance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Research Peptides shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, product copy, and website content provided by Pacific Research Peptides are the exclusive property of Pacific Research Peptides or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Communications & Messaging

Transactional Communications (Required)

By placing an order or creating an account with Pacific Research Peptides, you consent to receive transactional communications by email and/or SMS as reasonably necessary to provide our services. These messages may include order confirmations, payment notices, billing updates, shipping notifications, delivery updates, security alerts, and account-related service messages. Transactional communications are part of the service and are not marketing messages.

Promotional Communications (Optional)

With your separate consent where required, Pacific Research Peptides may send promotional communications by email and/or SMS, including special offers, catalog updates, and product announcements. Promotional communications are optional, are not a condition of purchase, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

Refunds and Order Resolution

Pacific Research Peptides does not ordinarily accept physical product returns. Timely, documented claims involving damaged, incorrect, incomplete, lost, or qualifying product-quality issues are reviewed individually. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, partial refund, or full refund. The Refund and Order Resolution Policy, including its claim deadlines and documentation requirements, is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Complete Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between the purchaser and Pacific Research Peptides concerning the sale and use of products and supersede prior discussions, understandings, or communications on that subject.
