Pacific Research Peptides Partner Program Terms
These terms govern the application-based Research Referral Credit pilot operated by Pacific Research Peptides.
1. Program purpose and acceptance
The program allows approved, verified research accounts to introduce genuinely new qualified research organizations to Pacific Research Peptides. By applying or participating, you accept these terms and the Pacific Research Peptides Terms and Privacy Policy. Application does not guarantee approval.
2. Eligibility and account requirements
- You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and maintain a verified Pacific Research Peptides research account.
- You must provide accurate identity, research-role, organization, and account information.
- Approval is discretionary, non-transferable, and limited to the approved account.
- You act independently and are not an employee, agent, representative, reseller, or spokesperson for Pacific Research Peptides.
3. Qualifying referral
A qualifying referral is one genuinely new verified organization attributed through an approved partner link within the 30-day attribution window. Its first settled merchandise order must be at least $150 after discounts, must be delivered, and must pass refund, payment, duplication, eligibility, and fraud review. Shipping, tax, and non-merchandise charges do not count toward the threshold.
4. Laboratory procurement credit
- Each approved qualifying referral earns $20 in laboratory procurement credit.
- Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold, gifted, or transferred, and is usable only by the approved account for eligible laboratory research procurement.
- Credit does not expire while this pilot remains active, but suspended or terminated accounts cannot earn or use it.
- Pacific Research Peptides may withhold, void, or reverse credit for a refund, chargeback, duplicate attribution, fraud, prohibited conduct, or material order change.
- Participants are responsible for any tax or reporting obligations associated with credits or other benefits.
5. Research-use-only promotion rules
All partner communications must be truthful, documentation-focused, and limited to legitimate laboratory research procurement. Partners must not create or share personal-use, dosing, cycle, protocol, injection, reconstitution-for-use, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, safety, efficacy, outcome, before-and-after, or testimonial content. Partners may not imply FDA approval, clinical suitability, human or animal use, guaranteed purity, guaranteed availability, or any fact not expressly verified by Pacific Research Peptides.
6. Required compensation disclosure
Every placement of a partner link must clearly and conspicuously state, near the link and before a reader acts:
“I may receive $20 in Pacific Research Peptides laboratory procurement credit if your qualified organization completes an eligible order.”
The disclosure cannot be hidden in a biography, hashtag, terms page, collapsed area, or vague phrase such as “partner link.”
7. Prohibited methods
- Self-referrals, duplicate or related organizations, shared payment identities, fabricated accounts, or circular transactions.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive redirects, cloaking, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, malware, or misleading urgency.
- Bidding on Pacific Research Peptides names, misspellings, domains, or protected terms in paid search, or impersonating the company.
- Publishing private pricing, customer, payment, supplier, batch, or operational information.
- Using personal-use communities, medical audiences, unapproved testimonials, false reviews, or fabricated scientific claims.
- Sub-partner networks, coupon distribution, or paid advertising without written approval from Pacific Research Peptides.
8. Links, tracking, and attribution
Approved links use a signed, first-party 30-day browser cookie. The most recent valid approved link may control attribution. Browser privacy settings, deleted cookies, different devices, account duplication, or technical limitations may prevent attribution. Pacific Research Peptides records only the referral and order references needed to operate and audit the program; payment credentials are not exposed to partners.
9. Brand and content permission
Approval grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use only program materials expressly supplied by Pacific Research Peptides. Partners may not alter logos, create look-alike sites or accounts, register confusing domains, make commitments for the company, or copy third-party content. All goodwill remains with Pacific Research Peptides.
10. Review, monitoring, and enforcement
Pacific Research Peptides may review applications, placements, referral patterns, orders, disclosures, and compliance evidence. It may request correction or removal, hold rewards, suspend links, reject transactions, or terminate participation. Serious fraud, deceptive conduct, research-use-only violations, or noncompliance may result in immediate suspension and reversal of affected credit.
11. Changes and termination
Pacific Research Peptides may modify or end the pilot prospectively. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance. Either party may end participation at any time; already approved credit remains subject to these terms and account eligibility.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
The program is provided as available without any promise of referral volume, earnings, uninterrupted tracking, or continued availability. Each participant is responsible for its own content, conduct, legal compliance, platform compliance, taxes, and records. Nothing in these terms authorizes statements or activities that conflict with Pacific Research Peptides research-use-only policies.
13. Privacy and contact
Program data is handled under the Pacific Research Peptides Privacy Policy and may be retained as needed for eligibility, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and compliance. Applicants and approved partners may submit questions, correction requests, and program notices through the secure support form in their partner dashboard.
