Referral-credit questions
Is the $20 referral credit paid in cash?
No. Approved rewards are issued only as non-transferable laboratory procurement credit with no cash value.
When does a referral qualify?
The referred organization must be genuinely new, complete research-account verification, place its first settled merchandise order of at least $150 after discounts, receive delivery, and pass manual review.
What if cookies are deleted or the buyer changes devices?
The approved referral URL uses a 30-day first-party attribution cookie. Deleting cookies, changing browsers, or changing devices can remove that browser attribution. The complete approved referral link should be opened on the device used to create the new research account. The visible referral code is not a coupon and does not override eligibility or fraud controls.
What happens when more than one partner link is used?
The valid referral attached to the new research account under the program's attribution rules controls. A later link, coupon, or manual request cannot overwrite a recorded referral merely to change the reward recipient.
What happens after a refund, chargeback, or order change?
A refunded, charged-back, cancelled, duplicated, or materially changed order may be rejected or reversed. Previously issued credit may be removed when the underlying order no longer qualifies.
How is approved credit redeemed?
Available credit is applied only to eligible laboratory-research merchandise while the approved partner is signed in. It is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and does not stack with ineligible offers.
Can partners discuss personal use or outcomes?
No. Personal-use, medical, dosing, protocol, injection, treatment, efficacy, outcome, and testimonial content is prohibited. Promotion to personal-use audiences is also prohibited.
Can an account be suspended?
Yes. Missing disclosures, prohibited claims, misleading destinations, spam, cloaking, self-referrals, duplicate organizations, or other program violations may suspend attribution and reverse unapproved rewards.
Who reviews applications and support requests?
Pacific Research Peptides reviews each application manually. Applicants and approved partners can use the secure support form inside their partner dashboard without exposing the partner-support email address publicly.
