Eligible subtotal means the regular-price value of qualifying merchandise before wholesale savings. Shipping, taxes, supplies, research stacks, excluded products, coupons, and previous orders do not count toward the threshold.
Exactly how Wholesale Access works
20-vial minimum per SKU
Each selected eligible SKU must contain at least 20 vials.
Increments of 10 vials
After the 20-vial minimum, quantities increase by 10: 20, 30, 40, 50 vials, and so on.
Mix eligible products
You may combine multiple SKUs. Every eligible SKU included in the wholesale portion of the order must independently meet the 20-vial minimum.
$3,000 opening threshold
Meeting the quantity minimum alone is not enough. The combined eligible regular-price subtotal must also reach at least $3,000.
Current order only
Separate purchases and historical spending are not combined. Each order must independently meet the active wholesale requirements.
Best price wins
Wholesale pricing does not stack with account discounts, coupons, sale pricing, quantity offers, or promotions. The strongest eligible item price is used.
Eligible merchandise only
Shipping, taxes, gift cards, research supplies, research stacks, and specifically excluded or restricted products do not count and are not discounted.
Cart changes recalculate
Adding or removing products immediately recalculates the eligible subtotal, per-SKU quantity requirements, wholesale percentage, and final item prices.
Returns can change qualification
If retained merchandise falls below the original order’s qualifying level, refund calculations may be adjusted to the wholesale level supported by what remains.
Both the quantity rule and subtotal rule must be satisfied.
20 vials each of several eligible SKUs with a combined regular-price subtotal of $4,200.
50 vials of one SKU and 20 vials of another, totaling $6,500 before the discount.
A $3,500 cart containing only 10 vials of one selected SKU. That SKU still needs 10 more vials.
At least 20 vials of every SKU totaling $2,700. The order still needs $300 in eligible merchandise.
Wholesale orders do not use inventory reserved for the regular store.
Every qualifying wholesale order is accepted separately and prepared specifically for the requested volume. Please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks before the complete order is ready to ship. The cart, checkout, order confirmation, and email will repeat this fulfillment window.
Orders normally ship together after every product is ready unless Pacific Research Peptides confirms a different arrangement.
Wholesale pricing appears automatically as soon as every requirement is met.
You will see the percentage applied, eligible subtotal, quantity qualification, progress toward the next tier, and the 2–4 week fulfillment notice before placing the order.
